KiboAuto Visitor Agreement

KiboAuto is a modern automotive technology platform connecting vehicle buyers, sellers, dealerships, importers, financing institutions, and automotive service providers across Tanzania and Africa.

Our services may include local and international vehicle listings, vehicle sourcing and import assistance, automotive marketplace technology, dealer and showroom solutions, vehicle financing assistance, vehicle reservation and purchasing tools, proforma invoice generation, vehicle comparison tools, automotive reviews and editorial content, vehicle verification services, logistics and shipping coordination, digital communication tools, and customer support services.

KiboAuto sources and facilitates vehicle access from multiple international markets including Japan, United Kingdom, South Africa, China, Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, Europe, and other approved global vehicle markets.

KiboAuto operates as a marketplace and automotive technology platform and may work with independent sellers, dealers, logistics companies, inspection providers, financial institutions, and third-party partners.

By using KiboAuto services, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old, possess the legal authority to enter binding agreements, submit accurate and truthful information, use the platform responsibly and lawfully, and will not use KiboAuto for fraudulent, illegal, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.

KiboAuto reserves the right to deny access, suspend accounts, or terminate services where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.

Certain features of KiboAuto require account registration. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, immediately notify KiboAuto of unauthorized access or suspicious activity, and accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and maintaining account security.

KiboAuto may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts associated with fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, abuse of platform services, security threats, violations of this Agreement, or illegal conduct.

KiboAuto strives to provide accurate, reliable, and professionally presented automotive information. Vehicle listings may include pricing, photographs, specifications, mileage, VIN or chassis details, vehicle history information, import status, auction grades, financing estimates, shipping details, inspection reports, and availability status.

KiboAuto does not guarantee that all listing information is always fully accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Vehicle details may change due to dealer updates, market fluctuations, currency exchange rates, import taxes, inventory changes, human error, or supplier modifications.

Customers are strongly encouraged to independently verify all vehicle information prior to purchase or payment. KiboAuto reserves the right to modify, update, correct, or remove listings without prior notice.

KiboAuto provides vehicle sourcing and import assistance from international markets to customers throughout Tanzania and Africa. Imported vehicle services may include vehicle sourcing, international purchasing support, shipping coordination, inspection assistance, port clearance coordination, logistics management, import consultation, and documentation support.

Import timelines and delivery schedules are estimates only and may vary due to shipping delays, port congestion, customs processing, government regulations, international logistics disruptions, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

KiboAuto shall not be held responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party logistics providers, shipping companies, customs authorities, government agencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Import duties, taxes, registration fees, storage fees, and government charges remain the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Certain services and vehicle transactions may require reservation payments, security deposits, partial payments, or full payment settlements. All pricing displayed on KiboAuto is subject to change without notice unless formally confirmed in writing.

KiboAuto reserves the right to reject or cancel transactions, refuse suspicious payments, decline fraudulent orders, correct pricing errors, and cancel unavailable inventory listings.

Refund eligibility may depend on supplier agreements, shipping stages, reservation terms, inspection outcomes, administrative costs, and other transaction conditions. Approved refunds may be subject to processing fees, bank charges, exchange rate adjustments, or administrative deductions where applicable.

Dealers, importers, and private sellers using KiboAuto agree to maintain professional, ethical, and lawful marketplace standards.

All sellers must ensure that listings are truthful and accurate, vehicles are legally owned or authorized for sale, vehicle descriptions are not misleading, odometer readings are genuine, fraudulent or deceptive conduct is prohibited, and applicable laws and regulations are followed.

KiboAuto may remove listings, restrict visibility, suspend seller accounts, conduct verification checks, or report unlawful activities to relevant authorities.

KiboAuto may designate selected sellers as "Verified Dealers" or "Trusted Sellers" based on internal verification processes, but such designation does not constitute a legal guarantee of seller performance.

Users may submit reviews, ratings, comments, messages, images, videos, testimonials, and automotive experiences.

By submitting content to KiboAuto, you grant KiboAuto a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, publish, modify, reproduce, display, promote, and distribute such content across KiboAuto platforms, marketing channels, social media, advertising campaigns, and related business activities.

Users may not post content that is false or misleading, offensive or abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, illegal, discriminatory, harassing, infringing on intellectual property rights, or harmful to platform integrity.

KiboAuto reserves the unrestricted right to moderate, remove, reject, or restrict user content at its sole discretion.

KiboAuto may collaborate with banks, insurance companies, financing institutions, inspection providers, shipping providers, customs agents, logistics companies, and technology partners.

KiboAuto does not guarantee financing approvals, interest rates, third-party service quality, delivery timelines, insurance approvals, or third-party pricing accuracy.

Relationships with third-party providers are entered into at the customer's own discretion and risk.

All KiboAuto intellectual property, including logos, branding, website design, vehicle data, platform software, visual content, editorial content, databases, and technology systems, is protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, republish, or commercially exploit any KiboAuto materials without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Users are strictly prohibited from attempting unauthorized system access, uploading malicious software, using automated scraping tools, interfering with platform operations, conducting fraudulent activities, manipulating listings or pricing, impersonating individuals or businesses, or circumventing platform security.

KiboAuto actively monitors platform security and reserves the right to investigate suspicious activities and cooperate with law enforcement authorities where necessary.

KiboAuto services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KiboAuto disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.

KiboAuto does not guarantee uninterrupted platform access, error-free operation, or defect-free services. Vehicle purchases, imports, financing decisions, and third-party engagements remain the responsibility of the customer.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KiboAuto shall not be liable for indirect damages, financial losses, lost profits, vehicle defects, seller disputes, import delays, shipping losses, third-party failures, data loss, or business interruption.

KiboAuto's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount directly paid to KiboAuto for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Your use of KiboAuto is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using KiboAuto services, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

KiboAuto may use customer information to improve services, process transactions, provide support, conduct analytics, and deliver marketing communications.

KiboAuto reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Agreement at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on the KiboAuto platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

Any disputes arising from the use of KiboAuto services shall be resolved through the competent courts of Tanzania unless otherwise agreed in writing.
